About

My yoga journey has been a life-long path of self-healing insomnia, managing stress, creating a balanced and meaningful life. I honour the influence of Sivananda, Ashtanga vinyasa and the innate wisdom of the elements.

How I support your journey

Yoga Education

There is so much more to yoga than we can fit into a 60min weekly class. Dive deeper into the practice with my yoga mentoring program “Deepening”.

Yoga Therapy

As a yoga therapist, I offer private yoga classes and develop personalised programs to support your individual healing journey.

Zenthai Shiatsu

A harmonious fusion of Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu, and so much more that nourishes both the body and mind.

The principles that guide me

Connection

The word yoga literally means connection. In practice we remember a connection to something much bigger than our individual selves. I cherish the community that we have built around the practice of yoga. In group practice, we synchronise movement, breath and together we flourish in connection.

Flexibility

Just a yogi’s flexible body is able to explore diverse ranges of motion, I keep my mind flexible to explore a diversity of truths. I hold my truth as lightly as an unfolding flower. I am willing to be wrong if it will take me closer to the whole truth. Are you willing to reconsider what you know about yoga?

Respect

I pay respect to the tradition of yoga. I continue to study “who” “where” and “what” of classical yogic scripture. I respect to the constantly unfolding understanding “why” and “how” as explained by modern science. I respect that you are the expert of how it feels to be in your mind and body. With deep respect, we listen to each other.
